Flash Instruction Guide.

1. Make sure the LG driver and LG flashtool 2014 already installed on the computer.
2. Try to put KDZ firmware files in the same folder with LG flashtool.
3. Now run the LG flash tool as administrator. How to run a program windows as administrator?
   • Right click the LGflashtool2014.exe.
   • Then, at the context menu select run as administrator
4. If the LG flashtool doesn't open the window, you need to install Visual C++ Runtime Library from here and then try again.
5. If you have successfully install LG flashtool 2014, then you will see the windows as shown at the picture below.

   • 1: At Select type, you can choose CDMA or 3GQCT

   • 3: You can click the folder icon to load KDZ firmware into LG flash tool at the select KDZ file.

6. If you select the normal flash button, then you will open read phone information windows. From this window you need to click Start button.
7. Then you will open Select country and language window. From this window don't click smart phone upgrade. This menu for windows mobile only.
