How to Flash Stock ROM on LG X Power Using LG Flashtool (KDZ Method).

Flash LG X Power. Use this guide to return to stock your LG X Power, Below you can find how to flash a stock ROM into LG X Power smartphone using LG Flashtool 2014. Once new stock ROM installed on your LG X Power. Your device will restore to the factory setting. Therefore your data, file, and installed apps will be deleted during flashing process. We recommend to backup it if possible to the other storage, for example, a computer or laptop.

Before we start this tutorial, here is LG X Power specs. This device has some versions;

• K220 (Europe)
• K450 (Cricket)
• LS755 (Boost Mobile)
• K220DS (Russia, UAE)
• US610 (U.S. Cellular)

LG X Power released in September 2016. Comes with 5.3 Inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors display. Powered by Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU, MediaTek MT6735 chipset, Mali-T720 GPU. Featured with 2 GB of RAM, combined with 13 MP at the primary camera, and 5 MP on secondary camera. LG X Power runs on Android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow).

Prerequisite.

1. LG Firmware (KDZ). There are many methods how to download LG firmware.
• Download LG Firmware (KDZ) directly from your browser with your device IMEI. See the following guide.

2. Download LG Firmware with this link.

3. Download LG mobile support tool and install.

4. Download Driver LG:

Flashing Guide.

1. Download all files above, then extract it to the same folder. 
2. We recommend charging your LG X Power battery at least 75% before proceeding.
3. Install LG driver.
4. Then run LG Flashtool 2014 (right click at LG Flashtool2014.exe - select run as administrator)
5. If you cannot run LGFlashTool2014.exe, You must install Visual C++ Runtime Library, get

6. Turn off your LG X Power device.
7. Now, connect LG X Power to the computer via USB cable while press and hold Volume Up button.
8. It will bring your LG X Power to download mode. For detail, you can see this guide.

9. There are two options to flash your LG X Power
• Normal Flash: You can select this option if you want Flash ROM without losing any data. Only use this when you need to fix system error.
• CSE Flash: You can choose this option when you need a fresh format. All data will be deleted. It's suitable for upgrading or downgrading ROM or simply use this when you need to back to Stock.

10. Select Type: CDMA
11. Phone Mode: DIAG
12. Select KDZ file: Browse where you save KDZ firmware
13. Then you can Click on Normal Flash or CSE Flash (see step 9 to decide this option). We recommend selecting CSE Flash.
14. Then click Start.

15. Then click on Clear Phone Software update registry.

16. No need to choose the desired language, it automatically changes to English as a default setting.
17. Finally, you can click OK.
18. You must wait a minute for the LG Mobile Support tool to recognize the LG X Power phone.
19. This may take 5 minutes or more.
20. Now, LG Flashtool 2014 will start flashing your LG X Power.
21. When the process reach 100% your LG X Power will reboot automatically
22. Now, you can unplug your LG X Power from the computer by remove USB Cable from it.
23. Finish.
