How to Bypass Google Account FRP Lock Samsung Galaxy J8 2018 SM-J810.

This feature serves to protect cellphones used by irresponsible people after they do a hard reset or factory reset. a cell phone that has a hard reset requires a Google account information (user and password) that previously synced with the current device. If you cannot provide this information, the cellphone will be locked.

A cell phone that is locked by FRP or factory reset protection will show the following warning on the screen "This Device Was Reset, to Continue, Sing in with a google account, that was previously synced on this device" as shown in the picture below.

To unlock FRP you must verify with a Gmail account that has been previously synchronized. This guide is for education only, intended for Samsung J8 2018 phones users who forget their Gmail account.

Now we start the Samsung J8 2018 bypass FRP guide.

Prerequisite.

  1. Make sure your device is Samsung Galaxy J8 2018. if you are not sure what model on your cell phone, please see the following guide How To Find The Model Number on an Android Phone or Tablet.
  2. The Rom combination and stock ROM flash process requires a PC or computer with a Windows-based operating system
  3. Then you need ODIN flash tool to help transfer ROM from PC to the phone. here
  4. You also need Samsung USB driver here
  5. Then, download ROM combination.
    • For Samsung Galaxy J8 2018  click here
  6. Now, download Stock ROM.
    • For Samsung Galaxy J8 2018 click here

Step #1. Reboot Phone into Bootloader.

  1. Power off your phone by long press the power button. If this method doesn't work try using this method to force power off your phone.
  2. Once your cell phone is completely powered off, now turn it on again by press and hold the following button at the same time.
    • Volume UP + Power Button.
  3. It will bring your phone to the recovery mode.
  4. From the recovery mode main menu you can highlight and navigate all menu using volume down or volume up, and the power button to confirm.

  5. Now, highlight Reboot to bootloader and press power button.
  6. Just wait a minute your Galaxy J8 2018 will enter bootloader.

Step #2. Flash ROM Combination.

  1. Now, connect your phone to the computer via USB cable.
  2. Now, open ODIN and load ROM combination via AP Button on ODIN window.
  3. For fast loading, you must delete the .md5 at the end of a file.
  4. Once the Combination already inserted, now click start to flash combination ROM into your Samsung Galaxy J8 2018 SM-J810.
  5. Your phone will automatically reboot when the flashing process is done.

Step #3. Enable Developer Options and OEM Unlocking

  1. Now your phone will active using ROM combination (factory binary)
  2. Once it's ready to use, now go to settings system About phone
  3. From the about phone screen, tap build number 7 times until you see you are now a developer!
  4. Then tap back once, you will see a developer options menu on the system screen.
  5. Then tap OEM Unlocking to activated it and allow the bootloader to be unlocked.

Step #4. Reboot Phone into Bootloader

Step #5. - Flash Stock ROM.

  1. Connect the phone to the computer again.
  2. Do the same thing as when flashing the ROM combination above, but, the firmware that will be flashed is Stock ROM. which you can get from the official website or from the prerequisite link above.
