Hard Reset Guide.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged, or at least has 50% of battery capacity.
- Hard reset will delete everything on your phone, so if you do not have time to backup it will be lost.
- Power off your LG K8 (2017).
- Once it completely power off, you must turn it on again by press and hold the following button at the same time.
- Power Button and Volume down button.
- Release the power button only when LG logo comes up, and then immediately press the power button again.
