  1. It's important to know, a hard reset will delete everything stored at phone internal memory.

  6. Release all button if your phone screen show Samsung C9 Pro logo appear on your Android phone screen.

  7. You can wait a minute, then you will see white Android logo with blue background appear on your phone screen.

  8. It will take a while, then you will see Android recovery menu appear on your phone screen.

  9. On this menu you can navigate and highlight all sub menu using volume down button, and use power button to confirm.
  10. Now, highlight wipe data / factory reset using volume down button, and confirm your choice using power button.
  11. On the next screen you can select yes to highlight it. 
  12. Then on the bottom of your phone screen you will see the hard reset process. Just wait this process until the system say data wipe complete.
  13. Once the hard reset process done now you can highlight reboot system now using volume down button, and then confirm it using power button.
  14. Now, your Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro will reboot.
