1. It's important to know, a hard reset will delete everything stored at phone internal memory.

3. If your device is active you must completely turn off.
4. Once your device completely shut down you can go to step 5 below.  
5. To start hard reset. please press and hold these buttons at the same time.

• Volume Up button + Home Button + Power Button.

9. On this menu you can navigate and highlight all sub menu using volume down button, and use power button to confirm.
10. Now, highlight wipe data / factory reset using volume down button, and confirm your choice using power button.
11. On the next screen you can select yes to highlight it. 
12. Then on the bottom of your phone screen you will see the hard reset process. Just wait this process until the system say data wipe complete.
13. Once the hard reset process done now you can highlight reboot system now using volume down button, and then confirm it using power button.
